1. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the service fee.
2. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss possible adjustments.
