By accessing or using the services provided by Salon X, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the service fee.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss possible adjustments.

3. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Client Conduct

  • We strive to maintain a respectful and relaxing environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

  • Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Salon X is not responsible for allergic reactions or side effects resulting from services or products used. Clients must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before services are performed.

  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client. Salon X is not liable for lost or stolen items.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
